Loud Talker

At Christmas every year we have the kids do a grab for each other. We try to keep which child got which a secret. Inevitably it starts to slip out by Christmas. This year I was shopping for one of the grab gifts with Brendan & Audrey. Brendan mentioned to me who had him. When I asked him how he knew his response was, "you talk loud, mommy." Apparently I ruined his surprise!

Forgotten Remembrance

Back in December we took the kids to La Salette. We let them throw coins into a water fountain. I told them each to make a wish. When I asked Audrey what she wished for she responded, "I wished Papa was my present."

The Toothfairy is Back

The toothfairy has been missing from our household for a bit. She's back. Caroliney lost two teeth this week~on Friday and Sunday. Damn toothfairy forgot to leave her anything the first night. Poor thing was so disappointed. She has been sick with a virus and bad cough and, therefore, bedhopping to sleep with Brian and I. Brian told her she couldn't find her the first night because she wasn't in her own bed. The second night the toothfairy was not going to disappoint again! Thank God she remembered. She woke up this morning so excited that she left her something and took her tooth even though she was not in her bed again.
